welcome, kings & queens 👑 hi, i’m myah b — a loc stylist committed to providing clean, consistent, and professional service. before booking, please review the policies below to help avoid cancellations, reschedules, or extra fees. business hours: • sunday - monday: closed • tuesday - thursday: 9:30am- 7:30pm • friday - saturday: 9:30am - 5:30pm if you don’t see any available time or dates, contact me through text message to see my availability. booking guidelines: • please book the correct service, estimated loc count + additional loc maintenance if needed(especially if it’s been 3+ months since last). • my booking calendar stays open up to 1 month in advance — for example, if today is april 20, you can book appointments through may 20. • sunday and monday appointments may be available for an extra $50 fee (reserved for off days, squeeze-ins, or special requests). • if your hair is matted upon arrival, an additional 3+ month maintenance fee will apply. appointment prep: • shampoo is included — no need to add it separately. • takedown services are not included. • no extra guests or children unless previously approved. lateness policy: • 9 minute grace period. • 10 minutes late = $20 late fee. • 15 minutes late = appointment cancellation + new deposit required. • repeated tardiness may result in booking restrictions. deposit policy: • $20 non-refundable deposit due upon booking. • deposit goes toward your remaining balance. • no deposit = no appointment. • deposits can be transferred one time to a new date within 7 days of the original appointment only if rescheduled before the 48-hour window. • after one transfer, a new deposit is required. payments + location: • location sent after booking confirmation via email. • final payment accepted via cash and card payment (swipe, chip insert, or tap payments) • remaining balance is due at the end of your service. photo + content notice: • i may take photos or videos of your hair for business and content purposes. • please let me know before your service if you prefer not to be recorded or posted. • consent will always be confirmed prior to taking any kind of photo or video.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment through the glossgenius link in their confirmation email up to 48 hours before their scheduled time.
rescheduled appointments must be moved to a new date within 7 days of the original appointment.
cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment time will result in a forfeited deposit.
